About the event
Prepare: You will need a 8 to 12 inch chef's knife, a cutting board , 2 small bowls, 2 medium size bowls, and a rag or paper towel. 1 pineapple, 1 mango, 1 cucumber, 1 red bell pepper, 1 red onion, 1 handful fresh cilantro, 2 limes, cayenne pepper, extra virgin olive oil, local honey, 2 Tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
We will be making a summer salad after cutting the vegetables and fruit.
